Mariah Yeater drops paternity suit against Justin Bieber. I say something’s fishy!

I Never Met Her. D'oh!!

Where’s all the fan fare now?  Where are all the headlines?  All of a sudden everything is hush hush.

The paternity test lawsuit was withdrawn according to TMZ last freakin week!  Even more interesting, Yeater’s lawyers have resigned.  Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have severed their relationship with Yeater and the case.

FISHY!!

Now at this point in the story, most gossip blogs are going to recap the whole incident.  By now we all know who Yeater is, and we all know the story of the four month old kid and the 30 seconds of alleged passion that created him.

Now Mariah and her lawyers had to know that a liable suit, or some type of retaliation would be brought upon them by the “Bieb’s” legal eagles so I don’t think that scared them.  When Yeater was  questioned if she could prove it, her reply was,  ‘It’ll show in court to prove that my allegations are true.’

Not only doesn’t the Bieb take a Paternity test immediately, but he never takes one.  Now the entire thing just quietly goes away.

CHA-CHING?? MY THEORY

When Bieber agreed to the Paternity test, that brought more time to the situation allowing Bieber’s camp to make sure that Yeater goes away quietly.  She signs her rights away promising to never speak about this ever again or get sued, and in return, gets the payday of her life.

Case Closed.  We never hear this again, and we never hear from Yeater again.

That’s my take, that’s how I think it went down.  What do you think?  Post a comment on this one….

How much can you pay her for her “silence”? Is it more than a decade of child support? I think the woman just chickened out!

  2. YMINLA says:

Not that I can stand the over-indulged little boy Bieber… but this woman should not be allowed to just quietly drop the claim and get away with it. I don’t know what breach of law she could be charged with, but it seems grossly unfair that she’s been allowed to make such allegations if they are patently untrue. Oh, and DM – you ask “so who is the Father”… does anyone really care? This woman’s had her few minutes of fame, and is a nonentity… just forget her and don’t give the muck-racking nobody any more publicity.

“Pay off” ? No way. I have no doubts that Justin is innocent. I’m not a fan of him by all means, but if he was to engage in sex with a fan- I’m sure he could do better than this money-hungry woman, considering his girlfriend is undoubtedly beautiful and a good portion of his huge fan base are probably equally attractive. I hope- but very much doubt, that this is the last article this horrible woman gets.

  4. Duh says:

Give me a break, it was “quietly dropped” because she was paid a large sum of money just to keep her mouth shut, that’s how Hollywood works and for Justin Bieber, who’s an international pop star worth billions, what he wants he’ll get it in a heartbeat. Nobody would just drop a story that serious for absolutely nothing, obvious catch is obvious and far too coincidental

Ahh the pay-off. Unless there’s a very public suing from him I won’t believe any different.
