Josh Marks ‘MasterChef’ Finalist Arrested After Mental Breakdown

In the future, MasterChef might want to be a little more careful on who they hand over a bunch of sharp knives to.

Josh Marks was the runner-up last season on the intense cooking competition. He lost to a blind contestant named, Christine Ha. Seriously, she is blind and her last name is Ha. It’s almost like she was taunting him for losing to her, like, “Ha…you lost to a blind chick!” But, don’t be fooled, Christine is an amazing chef and she deserved to win the competition.

Anyway, Josh Marks is apparently still taking the loss pretty hard. The 7’2 monster was arrested by University of Chicago police Monday after he punched a cop and then allegedly tried to grab his gun. Three officers came over to help and try to subdue the 26-year-old, but he managed to escape.

However, he was eventually chased down, but it took a total of five officers to knock him down to the ground and arrest him. After Marks had successfully been detained, cops claim that he started to blame Gordon Ramsey for his random act of violence. He claimed Gordon possessed him and turned him into God.

One might think that all the evidence points to some heavy drug use, but cops say there was no evidence of any drug use. It’s believed that he might actually suffer from bi-polar disorder. Former contestants claim that he had two different personalities and you never knew which one was going to show up.

Josh’s attorney told TMZ the following,

“We are working closely with medical professionals to determine if Josh’s behavior could be related to mental health symptoms. The Josh that you are hearing about in police reports this morning is not the spirited Gentle Giant that we know.”

I think there might be something to that Gordon turning him into a God business. I’ve always thought Gordon seemed a little possessed himself. Who is to say that he didn’t pass it on to this poor guy? Josh might be possessed by the inner demons of Gordon Ramsey.

I’d sue Gordon if I was him!
