Hugh Jackman Has Skin Cancer Return, Warns Fans To Wear Sunscreen On Instagram

Hugh Jackman had to fight a second battle with skin cancer yesterday. That’s right, even Wolverine can get skin cancer if he doesn’t properly protect his skin.

The 45-year-old actor went on his Instagram account yesterday to share a photo of the bandage on his nose. He also warned his followers to always wear sunscreen.

“Another Basel Cell Carsinoma. All out now. Thanks Dr. Albom and Dr. Arian. PLEASE! PLEASE! WEAR SUNSCREEN!”

Like we said, this isn’t the first skin cancer scare for Jackman. Back in November of last year, the ‘X-Men‘ actor was treated for skin cancer on his nose. And even though Basel Cell Carsinoma is common, treatable and doesn’t typically spread beyond the site of the tumor. It’s still not a pretty thing to have.

Doctors warn the disease can even be “disfiguring” if not treated properly, which is something Hugh Jackman can’t afford to let happen. We all know how he makes his money.

Honestly, I don’t think I leave the house enough for this to be a problem. I don’t think I need to put on sunscreen just to go check the mail.
