Big Sean Denies Getting Slapped By Man Released from a Mental Institution, But It was Close! Tweets the Real story and we have footage of the Aftermath. (VIDEO OF TAKE DOWN AND ARREST)

It’s not easy being number 1.  Everyone wants to take you out, even your own fans.

The incident happened on Friday in New York at an album signing at FYE in Queens.  When it first hit the news, headlines read that Big Sean got slapped.  They say a man was there to get his album signed, and when he got up to the table, he unexpectedly slapped Big Sean before he was arrested.

Of course Media Take Out piled on and “confirmed” that the G.O.O.D Music rapper was slapped along with a ton of other blogs and social media posts.

If it did happen, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about.  Anybody can get snuck or sucker punched.  However, Big Sean said, “not him”.

After so many headlines and social media stories saying that he got “touched”, Big Sean hopped on twitter and decided to set the record straight himself.

He sent out the following series of tweets,

Here is footage, just after the incident.  Big Sean’s security and the NYPD were all over it. WHY IS THE GUY GIVING JAY-Z SHOUT OUTS??  He must be truly insane

The Daily news  also confirmed what Big Sean said about NOT getting slapped.  In their coverage of the story they state,

Cops say the 26-year-old man had reached out to grab Big Sean, but never touched him. He was given a summons for disorderly conduct.

I think someone will have video of the full incident. Whoever has it is probably negotiating with TMZ as we speak.  Until then, we’ll take Big Sean and The NY Daily News version of the story.  But as soon as there is  a video we will update everyone, because watching someone get slapped, is always entertaining.
