The strange contract even states that they could be participating in “potentially hazardous” activities! What the hell is going on at these parties? I would think the most dangerous thing at a Bieber party would be the risk of him actually singing during it. The contract makes it clear that what happens at the Bieber party, stays at the Bieber party. Guests cannot talk about anything regarding the party, which includes the, “physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics” of Bieber and his guests.

One has to wonder why someone so paranoid would even bother throwing a party and inviting people he doesn’t know in the first place. Also, what is he doing in these parties that are so bad? If they were all just playing Xbox and drinking wine coolers, I doubt there would be a need for this contract. Bieber must be doing some pretty freaky sh-t during these parties. I mean, we already know he smokes pot. He was caught smoking pot in January in a hotel room in Newport Beach. The media had a field day with those photos, and it forced Bieber to sort of apologize on his Twitter account.

He claimed that he was trying to be better, but he has certainly gone down hill since then. He’s had fights with his neighbors, meltdowns on Twitter, a horrible birthday, a rocky relationship with Selena and just recently he was booed while accepting an award at the Billboard Music Awards. It’s safe to say that Justin Bieber isn’t the little boy singing to Usher on Youtube anymore.

It’s clear that Bieber has some issues that need to be worked out. It could be that he feels betrayed by people who were once close with him. Last month he talked about his major trust issues.  He told Teen Vogue,

“I get good vibes from people all the time, and I probably could get along with them and be their friend, but now I just don’t trust anybody. Literally, my phone never rings. I only have, like, four people that I keep in contact with. I don’t need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I just need the people close to me that I love, that’s all.”

Aw, don’t you feel bad for Bieber now? No? You still think he is a major tool? Yeah, me too.

That’s right, he moved his Born Sinner Album up to coincide with the same release date as Kanye West. The standard album will have 16 tracks and the delus will have 5 more.
Remember back in 2007 50 and Kanye went head to head. 50 said that he would quit music if he didn’t out sell Ye. This was both artists third album. 50 released Curtis and Kaney released Graduation. Kanye lumped him selling 957,000 to 50’s 691,000 in the first week.

After 50 revealed that it was all for publicity that seemed to work. 50 said,

“That was something that we created, Obviously, it riled the fans up in every way and the results are always bigger sales than usual. Both of the numbers were bigger than what they would have been [without the competition]. It was just great marketing.”

I highly doubt J. Cole will even touch 500,000.

She also told the crowd, “You are the longest and best relationship I ever had.” I’ve got to hand it to her, the girl is good. She knows how to work a crowd and how to make people feel sorry for her. “Aw, poor Taylor! Always getting her heartbroken.” I’m not falling for that crap, though. She’s just too damn picky! And everyone knows she is just going out with people now in hopes that they’ll break her heart. She is going to be a 70-year-old still singing about how Larry from the bingo hall stood her up for brunch on Sunday.

Anyway, Justin Bieber was also at the award show and he also won a few awards, but something funny happened when he was accepting one of his awards. Bieber was booed by people in the crowd when he took the stage to accept the “Milestone Award.” Bieber seemed a little annoyed by the booing.  He told the crowd,

“I’m 19-years-old; I think I’m doing a pretty good job. And basically from my heart I really just want to say it should really be about the music, it should be about the craft that I’m making. This is not a gimmick. I’m an artist and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken.”

Bieber is right! It should be about the music and the music only, but it’s not…which is why Bieber is so damn famous. Justin Bieber should feel extremely lucky that “real music” has nothing to do with it anymore. You just need a pretty face, a nice smile and a voice that can be digitally enhanced. Anyway, while awards were handed out last night, it was the performances that made everyone watch.

Justin Bieber performed with will.i.am and Selena Gomez took the stage to sing her new hit, “Come & Get It.” Macklemore performed his mega-hit and now award-winning “Thrift Shop” it won top rap song last night. Nicki Minaj “classed” things up when she gave Lil Wayne a lap dance on stage during her performance. Lil Wayne seemed to be enjoying himself, and we’re sure his ‘Lil Wang’ was enjoying the lap dance, as well.

It was truly a magical night, but I think Kid Rock summed it up best when he said, “Let’s give it up for people lip-synching under pre-recorded music.”

“I’m a terrible, terrible celebrity. I’m only up in the studio to make real sh-t…I don’t want nobody coming up to me with cameras and sh-t. Selling pictures to a f–king magazine…asking me dumb f–king questions because I’m not a motherf–king celebrity.”

I can understand his frustration, but really? You are a celebrity Kanye, and you aren’t exactly making it easy on yourself by knocking up Kim Kardashian. I mean, he does realize that Kim Kardashian makes a living from whoring herself out for the camera, right? Sh-t, she became famous for that very thing! So, you can’t get someone like Kim Kardashian pregnant and then whine about how much it sucks to be a celebrity. Suck it up! You’re making millions of dollars, you have a beautiful lady by your side who is pregnant with your child and you have millions of fans. What the f–k are you complaining about again? A few cameras in your face? Get over it, man.

Kim Kardashian even admitted recently that she and Kanye are completely different when it comes to sharing personl information with the media. She talked with Fabulous magazine recently and had this to say…

 “We live different lives, but I love being open. That’s who I’ve always been and sharing so much of myself–I love that. That’ll never change because that is who I am. It’s more about gearing up to protect other people. I’m definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven’t necessarily decided to hold myself back, it’s just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend.”

Well, this should be interesting, huh? I can only imagine how many fights Kanye is going to get in with paparazzi when they try to take pictures of his kid. I am fairly certain that he is going to end up in jail or something. If I was a photographer, I’d probably think twice before I tried to get that money making picture. At the very least, you might want to put on some protective gear before you try to do so. A helmet, a cup, chest protector, shin guards…etc.

The rumors all started when a few blogs started to really look at what Beyonce wore to the Met Gala. The New York Post claims her outfit was “camouflaging” her growing midsection.

Now most recently she has cancelled a show.  The self proclaimed workaholic, almost never cancels a show but did so today.  She was scheduled to perform in Belgium at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp and due to exhaustion and dehydration, the show was cancelled. 

There are also tour photos making their way around the internet that apparently show Beyonce with a “baby bump.” Although, it could just be bad camera angles or maybe she’s been eating too much sodium, but I guess that wouldn’t be as exciting as a baby. Beyonce’s January interview with Good Morning America is only adding fuel to the growing fire.  Beyonce said on Good Morning America after being asked if she wanted more kids,

“I would like more children.. I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being a big sister. At some point….when it’s supposed to happen.”

And if all that wasn’t enough, MediaTakeOut has reportedly “confirmed” that Beyonce is pregnant. They claim that they just got official word, apparently from a “QUASI-OFFICIAL” member of Beyonce’s team. The website goes on to claim that Beyonce is currently in month two of her pregnancy and that she hopes to hide her pregnancy until she is out of her first trimester. Oh, and  you might want to watch the BET Awards next month, their source says Beyonce will make it official on the show.

So, who do you believe? The internet is not exactly know for its accuracy, but news has been leaked on the internet before. However, it doesn’t exactly seem like the right time for Beyonce to be pregnant again. She’s on that world tour until the middle of August. Would she have really tried to get pregnant now? I can’t imagine traveling around the world while your five months pregnant is that much fun. It just doesn’t make any sense for Beyonce to get pregnant right now.

A source with People magazine thinks the same,

“Beyonce and Jay-Z are planning for another baby after her tour is over and things calm down just a bit.”

I guess we’ll find out the truth soon enough, but for right now I am going to lean on the side of “not pregnant.” Which means that she probably is pregnant, ‘cause I am always wrong. You should see me trying to play Jeopardy, it’s horribly embarrassing.

“The best thing about not having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law anymore is I don’t have to play grab ass under the table on Easter Sunday.” Nick said while laughing. “It may not be (funny) tomorrow, but it is tonight.” he said after the joke.

Lachey was obviously joking about the gay rumors that have been following Joe Simpson around for a long time now. He reportedly hired a 21-year-old male escort to have sex with him, although that has never actually been confirmed. However, it was thought to be one of the main reasons he and Tina got a divorce.

Anyway, Jessica Simpson is pissed off at Nick Lachey.  A source close with Jessica said,

 “Jessica was shocked and horrified that Nick said what he said. She’s really upset about it, that he would say that. Nick might have thought it was funny and he got a cheap laugh, but to Jessica it wasn’t…at all. Jessica was disappointed that he would even speak about her at all. It’s been eight years since they were married and six years since they last spoke.”

Uh-oh! Nick is in some trouble now. I would not want to be on the bad side of that crazy ass family.

 “There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened. It’s like devils on the wall — big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.”

You can see the “scary” artwork above in the picture. Personally, I think the parents should be more worried that their sissy little kids are getting scared of that. I’d send my kid to his room if he came home crying because of some stupid sh*t like that. I mean, seriously? They look like characters from Angry Birds. There is absolutely nothing frightening about those things. I want to feed them food and give them hugs. They look my blind Great Aunt after she puts her make-up on in the morning.

Anyway, the L.A. city code officials responded to the creeped out neighbors by slapping Chris Brown with a lofty $376 fine for unpermitted and excessive signage. Surely, he’ll be able to come up with $376 just by emptying his pockets before doing laundry.

Officials have ordered Brown to take down the artwork within 30 days, but Brown and his attorney are expected to put up a fight.  Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos told the LA Times,

 “I’m scared of neighborhood busybodies like this. They’ve called animal control. They have sicced parking (enforcement) on him, and now they reached the heights of ridiculousness here. Shame on them. They are trying to suspend the 1^st Amendment.”

Meanwhile, Patti Negri is still in hopes that this fine will make Chris Brown think real hard about all the trouble he is causing, “I know a $300 fine is probably pocket change. But hopefully and maybe, he’ll just see the light and decide to be a good neighbor. We’re happy to have him — if he just tones it down.”

Oh, Patti! Shouldn’t you be watching Dancing with the Stars or something?

“I was probably physically and mentally addicted. It started from insomnia and anxiety from flying, then it spiraled.”

However, he did manage to get his addiction under control temporarily after his son Bronx was born back in 2008. The relief didn’t last long, though, because his addiction to the prescription drugs came back in 2009 when his band decided to go on an “indefinite hiatus.”

 “I felt like a loser already. I’d basically gone from being the guy in Fall Out Boy to being the guy who, like, hangs out all day. I didn’t see how I’d ever come out on the other side.”

Pete’s life continued to spiral out of control during his divorce from his ex-wife, Ashlee Simpson. The “public” nature of it all was just too much for Pete to handle and it only made his pill addiction worse. His condition got so bad that he even began to suffer from severe paranoia.

“I was scared of everything. I thought there were always people listening to me. Like, I had my house searched for bugs. It was crazy.” he told the magazine during the interview. And even though Pete went back to therapy, he credits his 4-year-old son for basically saving his life, “You’re up in the morning and you to really be there. It’s not like getting up from a radio interview. In some ways, that was super helpful for my soul. There was a jump-cut in my life. I started thinking — like, being old would be cool.” Wentz said.

That’s really great to hear considering Pete did try to commit suicide back in 2005. He took a handful of anti-anxiety pills. He admitted to being depressed at the time, but he didn’t want to admit to it actually being a suicide attempt. “It had more to do with being depressed. I wasn’t thinking of killing myself. I’ve never really called it a suicide attempt. I just wanted my head to be completely turned off.” he told People magazine in 2008.

I believe that is called a suicide attempt, Pete. However, does that really matter? Not one bit. The important part of this story is the fact that Pete appears to finally be turning his life around. His son might be the best thing that has ever happened to him.

The details of the case are still a little bit fuzzy, but apparently Robson’s lawyer is asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim. It is believed that Robson does have proof of going to see a child psychiatrist as a child. However, people are still skeptical of his claims and probably for good reason. Back in 2005, Robson actually testified in Michael Jackson’s famous child molestation trial. Robson denied in front of a judge that the singer ever abused him in any way. Now, one could say that Robson was just scared of telling the truth at the time.

However, just as recently as 2009 when Michael Jackson died, Robson had nothing but nice things to say about Michael Jackson,  Robson said in 2009.

“Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever. He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music, and one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of human kind.”

That certainly doesn’t sound like something someone would say about a person who used to molest them as a child, right? I mean, I understand that every reacts to differently to these things and that he might have been too embarrassed to say anything. But to say he is one of the main reasons you believe in the pure goodness of human kind? That seems a little odd to me.

Although, a former housekeeper for Michael Jackson did testify back in 2005 that she actually saw Michael Jackson in the shower with Wade Robson when he was just 9-years-old. So, I guess there is really evidence on both sides of this story. Of course, Jackson was eventually acquitted on all charges back in 2005.

The lawyer handling Michael Jackson’s Estate is already firing back at the claims Mr. Robson is making.  Attorney Howard Weitzman told TMZ,

 “Mr. Robson’s claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inapposite to him or with him. Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made.”

I agree, even if it’s true to issue these allegations at this point is Outrageous and Pathetic.

The 32-year-old was being investigated after detectives received information from someone that said Tim was trying to find someone that would kill his estranged wife.  A spokeswoman for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said,

 “You might think you’re talking to someone that’s trusted. You might be talking to someone you know. But if you’re looking to do something wrong and something bad, most people aren’t going to let that rest. They’re going to take that to a higher authority. So, something certainly as sinister as this, needed to be taken somewhere and it was.”

We’re assuming when she said, “higher authority” she meant the police and not god.

This band is not just some small band performing out of their garage, either. As I Lay Dying has a huge fan base and has even been nominated for a Grammy! So, you can imagine how shocking this news is to fans of the band, especially given the band’s Christianity roots. Tim Lambesis is now in police custody and was booked at the Vista Jail on suspicion of solicitation of another to commit murder. Which is basically a long way of saying, “He wanted to kill his wife!” The case has now been forwarded over to the District Attorney’s Office, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday afternoon.

A little more information about the band. They formed back in 2000 in San Diego and have released six albums together, one of which cracked the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album that cracked the top 10 also happened to be the album that had their one and only Grammy nominated song, “Nothing Left.” Their latest album was released in September of last year and managed to peak at number 11 on the Billboard chart. The band was actually scheduled to tour the country with other heavy metal bands later this month. However, that is highly unlikely to happen now for obvious reasons.
