She says she woke up the next morning in Young’s bed and was bleeding from her vagina and rectum. According to the woman, Nick even admitted to having sex with her but he claims that he stopped because she passed out during the love making. The mystery lady says after she woke up, she demanded that Nick take her home. After he dropped her off, she says she went straight to a rape treatment center and took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. According to her, one of the tests confirmed she had indeed been drugged, and it was determined that her injuries were consistent with other rape victims.

It’s not clear as to why she has waited so long to actually file the lawsuit, but she is really putting everything she has into the lawsuit. She’s suing for sexual assault, sexual battery, false imprisonment and she is demanding unspecified damages. She’s even suing Crown Bar for negligence.

However, reports keep coming in that claim he is indeed working on a book deal. Insiders even claim that Collins is working with the Sports Illustrated writer who worked with Collins on his piece in the magazine. The insider also claims that the book has already been pitched to three major book publishers. However, it appears that the publishers are worried the book might not sale because there might not be anything “new” to put in the book after his detailed article in SI.

Oh, come on! You know there will be a book, and then there will be a movie. It’s the “thing” to do with stories like this. People have to find a way to make money off these things! Life is all about money. I know some people might not want to admit that, but it’s the truth.

“I’m a 34-year-old NBA center. I’m black. And I’m gay. I didn’t set out to be the first openly gay athlete playing in a major American team sport. But since I am, I’m happy to start the conversation. I wish I wasn’t the kid in classroom raising his hand and saying, “I’m different.” If I had my way, someone else would have already done this. Nobody has, which is why I’m raising my hand.”

Collins is a 34-year-old veteran in the NBA. He’s been in the league for a total of 12 years and has played for a total of six different teams, most recently he played for the Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards this past season. You’re probably wondering, “Well, gee. He’s been around that long, why haven’t I heard of him?” Well, he’s not exactly the greatest basketball player. He has never been that productive on the court, but teams are said to love his locker room presence. He’s got a great work ethic and can come in the game and give the starting center a much needed rest.

Collins has a twin brother who also played in the NBA named Jarron Collins. Jason admits that his brother was shocked by the news.  Jason wrote,

“I didn’t come out to my brother until last summer. His reaction to my breakfast revelation was radically different from Aunt Teri’s. He was downright astounded. He never suspected. So much for twin telepathy. But by dinner that night, he was full of brotherly love. For the first time in our lives, he wanted to step in and protect me.” 

Since Sports Illustrated published the story on their website yesterday, thousands of people have expressed their support for Collins.  Kobe Bryant wrote on his Twitter account,

“Proud of @jasoncollins34. Don’t suffocate who u r because of the ignorance of others #courage.”

Jason Kidd also wrote about Collins on his Twitter account,

“Jason’s sexuality doesn’t change the fact that he is a great friend and was a great teammate.”

Collins has even received a phone call from the President of the United States, Barack Obama. An anonymous White House official revealed that Obama called Collins sometime yesterday and expressed his full support, and also mentioned that he was impressed by his courage.

Damn, a call from the president? That’s when you know you did something big. It’s like getting called to the principal’s office in school, except this time the principal is congratulating you for being gay and not suspending you for starting a food fight in the cafeteria.

The emergency surgery ended up going down Monday night, which caused The Rock to miss the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie, “Pain & Gain”. The director of the film, Michael Bay, sent him some lighthearted well wishes from the red carpet,

“Dwayne’s hurt tonight. He was pushing it too hard. (He) needs to grow up and stop wrestling 300-pound men.”

Oh, and if you’re wondering how the surgery went, Dwayne updated everyone on his condition yesterday,

Well, I’m glad the surgery was a success! However, Michael Bay does have a point, why is The Rock still wrestling? I didn’t even know people still watched that stuff anymore. He’s well established in Hollywood now, he doesn’t need to do that whole wrestling thing.

With The Rock’s net worth being estimated at $70 million and hitting the ripe old age of 40, it might be time to hang up the wrestling trunks.

Well, now we finally have some good news to report. It turns out that Lamar Odom might not be such a bad guy. A former college basketball star is coming to the defense of Odom, saying he credits his entire career to Odom. He says that Odom rescued him from the streets when his family didn’t have a dime in their pocket and gave him a chance to make something of himself.

Pearson had a great college basketball career at George Mason and is now playing professional basketball overseas, and he credits Lamar Odom for his success. TMZ talked with Pearson’s mother and she had nothing but nice things to say about Odom. She states that Odom saw potential in her son at the young age of 11 at a basketball event.  Pearson’s mom told TMZ,

“(Lamar) paid for everything…including team travel, team registration fees, buses and meals. He also funded entire basketball tournaments around New York.”

She also speculated that some of the money probably came from Odom’s charity, ‘Cathy’s Kids.’

So, that doesn’t exactly prove Odom is completely innocent, but at least it proves that he did at least help somebody with the money.

She also made it clear that the charity was not started strictly for cancer research. She wrote,

“A decision was ultimately made that the charity should…enrich the lives of underprivileged inner-city youth. It accomplished that goal. Cathy’s kids helped fund multiple AAU basketball teams providing underprivileged youth with opportunities enriching their lives, providing financial support for coaching and travel to tournaments.”

She certainly makes a compelling case, but the president of the AAU told TMZ that the charity has never donated to them, “Cathy’s kids has never donated to us. They have never, ever contributed to us. On Sunday morning it was mentioned that Cathy’s Kids has contributed to AAU basketball teams…that is an incorrect statement.” Henry Forrest said. Henry did add that it is possible that Lamar used the money to finance local teams that were allowed to participate in AAU events, but those teams are not registered with the AAU.

What a mess! I hope this all gets straightened out because I really don’t want to believe the ESPN report that was trying to make the claim Odom gave the money to his former high school basketball coach.

Robert and Chad took a few pictures together and spent a good amount of the day together. He took Robert shopping at Urban Outfitters and even finished the night at a club. When asked why he decided to spend the day with a homeless man, Chad said that they were both unemployed, so why not hang out together? We’re not sure if the two have a way of keeping in touch, but one would certainly hope so! You can’t buy a man a 24-pack of beer and not give him a number to reach you at!

You know, Chad did just recently go through a nasty divorce, so perhaps he just really needed someone to keep him company. Whatever the reason, it was a very nice thing of Chad to do! No one should really be surprised by that. Why wouldn’t he support his son? And if for some reason he didn’t, he wouldn’t be silly enough to come out and say it in public. Especially after all Magic has been through in his life. Magic himself has had to deal with gay rumors after he announced he tested positive for HIV back in 1991.

So, we’re willing to bet Magic Johnson is extremely understanding and supportive of his son. Honestly, I am a little surprised that this is even “news” on all the gossip sites today. Is anyone really surprised by this? I think we’re all just tired of talking about Lindsay Lohan, so we’re trying to write about anything else.

Brittney has been receiving a lot of hate and taking a lot of the blame for Baylor’s loss to Louisville in the regional semifinals. Robert thinks that the treatment she is receiving is unwarranted and he explained why in a series of tweets on his Twitter account. There were 12 tweets in total, I put some of the highlights of the tweets together and managed to form them into an easy-to-read paragraph,

“Whew..okay. I took my time to calm down and not go off on Twitter about the Baylor Girls Basketball game…BUT I CAN’T DO IT! People poke and make fun of (Brittney) all the time but C’MON! Them girls were LITERALLY throwing elbows and slaps. Not to mention the lil lady who was mean-mugging B. Griner’s BELLY BUTTON after she made the nice layup…BACK UP CHILDS PLAY! Yes, Louisville hit the 3 ball all night. But for every 3 they made, they threw 6 elbows, 5 straight lefts and 4 hooks. Despite all the man jokes BG is not SHAQ! She is a 6’8 WOMAN! & the REFS! OH MY…NCAA may find a way to fine me if I bring them up.”

It’s safe to say that he was a little mad after the game, huh? Like Nicki Minaj, his caps lock button must be acting up, as well. I will say that it is cool of him to come to her defense and he did make some sense if you can manage to look past ALL THE RANDOM CAPS LOCK!!!!!!! ARGH!
