Prom Picture Throwback: Barack Obama (1979)
Have you seen the old throwback photos of your parents at their Prom? Well this is no different. I’m not sure what makes this photo so intriguing but it is. Barack is just one cool bastard. Here he is, 17 years old, complete with a Lionel Richie-esque fro, and a Hawaian Lei. 1979 seems to have been a good year for our Potus as he gets ready to shut it down at the Punahou School in Hawaii.
Don’t worry this was 10 years before Michelle arrived on the scene. As I remember their first date was to go see Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing, which was released in 1989. …and ever since then, he’s been doing the right thing!

Just in case you missed it or perhaps it went too fast for you to see. Miguel who has the athletic prowess of a grasshopper with no legs, attempts to jump from stage to stage. Just before take off, he notices that either his pants are too tight or his hair is too heavy….either way he doesn’t quite make it. In the slow-mo version you can see that he not only Hulk Hogan Leg drops one girl, but he face kicks another.
I’m waiting for the law suits to pursue. I can’t get enough of this clip!!
Video of Correction Officer Palomino’s Brutal Punch to Inmates Jaw
Rico Palomino is the newest internet star of the day. The Chicago Cook County Correctional officer has redefined the term “One Hitter Quitter”.
Palomio who has worked as a CO for 12 years was overseeing the inmate receiving area at the Cook County jail when an inmate walked out of the area. The inmate was allegedly going to get a phone number from his personal belongings so he can later make a phone call.
After stopping at the desk where Palomino was sitting and asking a question, the inmate proceeded down the hall toward his belongings. Palomino got up and walked after the inmate telling him to return to the lock up area or he was going to “f&*k him Up”.
Palomino made good on his promise. Palomino hit the inmate with a hard right, dropping him to the floor. Blood was immediately everywhere.
In his feeble attempts to cover up the incident Palomino told the inmate to say that he tried to hit Palomino first or he would say that the inmate tried to escape. After the inmate had to be treated with stitches for the lacerations in his mouth, Palomino was forced to file an incident report alog with other documentation which is standard when an inmate is injured requiring medical attention. Authorities found the reports filed conflicting. One report said that the inmate made and aggressive move towards Palomino’s shirt, as you can see from the video, that was a complete lie.
Well it was all for nothing. When the surveillance footage was revealed charges were brought against Palomino. He was now on the other side of the law. He turned himself in yesterday and bail was set at $10,000. He is looking at potentially 2-5 years. I hope he doesn’t run into the other inmates that he treated like that over the last 12 years. That could be ugly.
