Scarlett Johansson to Be paid $20 Million for Avengers 2 making her the Highest Paid Female Actor in History
I’m still having a hard time confirming this. It’s one of those stories that is getting a lot of overseas traction before it hits the US. Now it’s being confirmed by Daily Mail, and The Sun.
If true and Scarlett Johansson is indeed going to get paid $13 Million pounds which would equal $20,117,500 U.S. dollars, That’s a $20 million dollar pay day. This would put her on top of the list of the highest paid female actors of all time
The pay day would be for her to reprise her role as Agent Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow, for the next installment of “The Avengers”.
A source told Sun that she is an invaluable part of the movie to help keep the male audience engaged,
‘Scarlett is the hottest star in Hollywood and her inclusion in the sequel is a must.
‘Producers think that as the only lead woman in the film male fans have found her a key ingredient — both for sex and story appeal. She is loved by critics too.’
This would put Johnasson just past Angelina Jolie who earned 19 million for 2010’s “The Tourist”. A movie that spent $100 Million and earned $278 million world wide. The first installment of The Avengers has already exceeded $1.4 billion worldwide so the $20 million being offered to Johansson is considered pennies.
Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsorth are also expected to see their pays increase by 50%.
Johansson will also appear in upcoming super hero flicks Hancock 2 and Nick Fury. At age 26, with a networth of $35 million she will quickly see a nice jump in her bank account.
Do you think Natasha Romanoff’s role is worth $20 Million?

Chad Ochocinco Gets Dropped by the New England Patriots, Hopefully Not From Evelyn his Fiancé
Chad better slow down his spending just a bit, at least until he finds another job. The New England Patriots who tried to trade the wide receiver unsuccessfully let him go today. Although the Patriots went to the Super Bowl, they did it in large without the help of Ochocinco. He was virtually non existent putting up the worse numbers in his career. He caught just 15 passes for 276 yards and a touchdown.
In Cincinnati where he played for 10 seasons he had a career high of 97 catches one season and had 7 seasons receiving 1000 yards or more.
Ochocinco tweeted,
“Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to play for the “Patriot” organization… fans were … wicked awesome, I wish all of you the best…”
Super agent Drew Rosenhaus is probably working the phones as we speak. At age 34 his career is entering its twilight, I suspect maybe one or two good years left which will make it challenging to find a team.
Ochocinco also needs to pay for a lavish wedding for him and future bride Evelyn Lozada. Earlier this week the couple were having a hard time finding a hotel that would allow them to film the reality show “Basketball Wives” which his fiancé is a part of and will feature his wedding. Sources say none of the upscale hotels want cameras and Evelyn on their property because they are all afraid she might start a fight.

Tyler Perry is one of the Richest Black men in the country, and when he’s stopped and is given a hard time by the cops then there is almost no hope. In Perry’s account, the scariest part is when he reaches in the car. That is a no no, if you are any color, but especially if you are a black man. Not to mention a 6ft 5 blackman.
In Perry’s mind, I’m sure he was driving something super luxury, was dressed impeccably and he should have just gotten a ticket as a worse case. If it wasn’t for another black cop arriving, who knows what would have happened.
Here is Tyler Perry’s account of the actual events
A few days before President Obama was supposed to speak at my studio, I was leaving the studio, headed to the airport. Most times when I leave the studio I have an unmarked escort. Other times I constantly check in my rearview mirror to be sure that I’m not being followed. It’s a safety precaution that my security team taught me. As I got to an intersection, I made a left turn from the right lane and was pulled over by two police officers. I pulled the car over and put it in park. Then, I let the window down and sat in the car waiting for the officer. The officer came up to the driver’s door and said that I made an illegal turn. I said, “I signaled to get into the turning lane, then made the turn because I have to be sure I’m not being followed.” He said, “why do you think someone would be following you?”
Before I could answer him, I heard a hard banging coming from the passenger window. I had never been in this position before so I asked the officer who was at my window what was going on and why is someone banging on the window like that. He said, “let your window down, let your window down. Your windows are tinted.” As I let down the passenger window, there was another officer standing on the passenger side of the car. He said, “what is wrong with you?” The other officer said to him, “he thinks he’s being followed.” Then, the second officer said, “why do you think someone is following you? What is wrong with you?”
Before I could answer the officer on the passenger side, the one on the driver’s side had reached into the car and started pulling on the switch that turns the car on and off, saying, “put your foot on the brake, put your foot on the brake!” I was so confused as to what he was doing, or what he thought he was doing. It looked like he was trying to pull the switch out of the dashboard. I finally realized that he thought that switch was the key, so I told him that it wasn’t the key he was grabbing. I reached down into the cup holder to get the key, not realizing that the key had a black leather strap on it. As I grabbed it they both tensed up and I dropped it as I heard my mother’s voice from when I was a little boy.
My mother would always say to me, “if you get stopped by the police, especially if they are white policemen, you say ‘yes sir’ and ‘no sir’, and if they want to take you in, you go with them. Don’t resist, you hear me? Don’t make any quick moves, don’t run, you just go.” My mother was born in 1945 into a segregated hotbed town in rural Louisiana. She had known of many colored men at the time who were lynched and never heard from again. Since I was her only son for ten years, growing up she was so worried about me. It wasn’t until after I heard her voice that I realized that both of these officers were white.
The officer on the driver’s side continued to badger me, “why do you think someone is following you?” I then said, “I think you guys need to just write the ticket and do whatever you need to do.” It was so hostile. I was so confused. It was happening so fast that I could easily see how this situation could get out of hand very quickly. I didn’t feel safe at all. But one officer stopped his questioning and said, “we may not let you go. You think you’re being followed, what’s wrong with you?” At this point, I told him that I wanted to get out of the car. I wanted the passersby to see what was happening.
As I stepped out of the car another officer pulled up in front of my car. This officer was a black guy. He took one look at me and had that “Oh No” look on his face. He immediately took both officers to the back of my car and spoke to them in a hushed tone. After that, one of the officers stayed near his car while one came back, very apologetic.
I said all of that to say this: do you see how quickly this could have turned for the worse?
Now I know that there are many great officers, patrolmen and security guys out there. I am aware of that. But although we have made significant strides with racial profiling in this country, the world needs to know that we are still being racially profiled, and until this situation has improved greatly, I’m not sure how a murder in Florida can be protected by a “stand your ground law.”
And in another case that I have been screaming at the top of my lungs about, also in Florida, is the case of Terrance Williams and Felipe Santos, a young black man and a young Mexican man. Eight years ago, in Naples, FL, they were both put in the back of Deputy Steve Calkins’ police car and never heard from again.
They were never arrested, never brought to jail. They were put into the back of Deputy Calkins’ car and never heard from again. And to this day Deputy Steve Calkins is a free man.
I guess it’s time to march in Naples now.
RACIAL PROFILING SHOULD BE A HATE CRIME INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI!!!
That way local government can’t make the decision on whether or not these people get punished.

Howard Stern will Replace Piers Morgan as a Judge on NBC’s America’s Got Talent.
Howard Stern has signed on as the judge of America’s Got Talent!
Big Money Stern confirmed this via twitter – which we all know by know makes everything official!
Shooting starts in February and the surprising thing is that Howard will be travelling for all of the auditions. This will make it extremely difficult for the shock jock to do his show on SiriusXM at the same time, however production will move from Los Angeles to New York to accommodate Stern.
NBC released a statement,
“Howard Stern’s larger-than-life personality will bring a thrilling new dynamic to ‘America’s Got Talent’ starting this summer, He’s a proven innovator and his track record in broadcasting is truly remarkable. Howard is very passionate about this show and is fully committed to its future success.”
Stern is known for his antics and lewd and raunchy interviews but he said that NBC never lectured him on behaving. He basically pitched NBC his ideas and the network was on board.
The Parents Television Council started in almost immediately calling the move to sign Howard “desperate”.
HOW MUCH WILL HOWARD GET PAID FOR AMERICA’S GOT TALENT?
According to the LA Times it’s rumored that NBC will be paying Howard 10 million dollars per season. NBC has not confirmed or denied this. If you are wondering “why so much”? Free promotion and a guaranteed spot at being the summer’s number one show on prime time for two nights per week.
Not only does Stern have a huge following, he has his own radio show. He already had Sharon Osbourne on the show and gave her a hard time about giving gay contestants too much props!! Stern said,
To like someone because they’re gay is ridiculous,
Hats off to NBC – this is a good move all around. What will be really interesting is Robin Quivers – Stern’s co-host hates AGT, Stern hate’s NBC and Jay Leno, and Stern loves CBS’s Dave Letterman. This will make for an interesting dynamic. (28)
Kat Von D brings Jesse James Drama to L.A. Ink.

Kat Von D brings Jesse James Drama to L.A. Ink.
Jesse James gets to flaunt his new romance in front of millions and maybe get paid for it. Kat Von D, Jesse’s girl, (sorry the pun was intended) will be bringing her relationship into her TV show “L.A. Ink”.
This will be good for the show’s ratings. She will be exposing the juicy details of her relationship with James and we will see all the drama including the proposal. We will also get to hear the dirt behind the scenes as Kat reveals how she is having a hard time handling the fact that Jesse lives near his ex and their adopted son.
Obviously she is in LA and he is in Texas – but they are soulmates right? What’s a little distance between two fated lovers?
I think this relationship is a ticking time bomb and when it explodes it’s going to be a gossip bloggers dream.
They were Twickering (Bickering over twitter) just last year on the verge of breaking up and calling off the wedding. Jesse later told People.com that they will be getting married in the summer to celebrate their 1 year anniversary.
(That’s Hollywood, date, engage and marry in one year – you have to make it fast if you do it 3 or 4 times.)
Jesse James talks about the rumors of him and Kat breaking up:
‘That is absolutely not true, We’re still going strong. Things are completely good with us.’
‘Everything is on track. I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She’s the one for me’
It seems longer then 1 year right? But it’s not. They started dating back in August of last year (2010), only two months after he finalized his divorce with Bullock.
Hmmm…..We all know better then that right? He was getting a little Kat Von D on the side for sure.
Don’t forget, he was the one that relieved Tiger Woods as America’s most hated husband. Hopefully Tiger sent him a box of cigars! He was caught with a few girls of his own, including the infamous Nazi queen Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee.
He lasted five years with Bullock who he married in 2005. Everyone’s saying how he and Kat Von D are a better couple, I just think Jesse James is going to do what Jesse James is going to do, and there will be more women- he’s not done. Bring on the drama.
