Man Claiming to be Sherman Hemsley’s Brother wants his Money, Hemsley has not been Buried yet!
Sherman Hemsley aka George Jefferson, aka Deacon Frye died back in the summer on July 24th. It was confirmed that Hemsley’s cause of death was not natural causes, but lung cancer. Believe it or not, he has not been buried to date. His body was frozen while matters of his estate were settled.
After his death a man emerged from Philadelphia claiming to be Hemsley’s half brother and he wanted to take Hemsley’s body back to Phili and bury him in a cemetery where Sherman grew up ……he also wanted to stake claim on Hemsley’s estate.

This was not what was in his Hemsleys Will. In fact there was no mention of Hemsley having a brother at all. Hemsley specifically called out that his estate and all his belongings should be turned over to a longtime friend by the name of Flora Enchinton Bernal.
Who even knew this was all going on! After nearly 4 months, the courts took DNA from Hemsley and matched it with that of the 78 year old Richard Thornton. It turns out that he was indeed Hemsley’s half brother. During a court hearing that was delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, Hemsley’s half brother explained to the court that Hemsley was the result of his dad cheating on his mom with another woman! His argument against the estate being handed over to Flora Enchinton Bernal is that Hemsley was not in his right mind when he made that decision.
After testimony from several people, including the witness to the will signing and the medical staff that cared for Hemsley in his final days, the El Paso Judge, Patricia B. Chew who presided over the case, ruled in favor of Bernal. Judge Chew upheld the validity of his Hemsley’s original will and with that Enchinton received full control.

How much is Sherman Hemsley’s Estate Worth? News sites are reporting a valuation of only $50,000 a number that I can’t believe. Celebrity Net Worth has Hemsley with a valuation of $3 Million a much more believable figure.
Although Hemsley’s half brother says that it’s not about the money, and assuming Hemsley was only worth $50,000 when he was alive, with 235 episodes of “The Jeffersons”, and 110 episodes of his show “Amen”, there is the possibilities of money to come.

Did NJ Housewives’ Stars Skip Cancer Fundraiser Because They Didn’t Get an Appearance Fee?
Back in 2009 on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Caroline and her family helped out Christopher DiMartino, who has been suffering from Cancer since the age of 3. The Manzo’s during that time used their restaurant, the Brownstone to host a dinner that raised money for DiMartino’s cancer treatments. It worked.
Now that funds are running low again, and Chris is six years old, another fund raiser is desperately needed. The troops have been rallied and the fundraiser is set. The event is being hosted at the Euro Lounge Café and P-Diddy has even gotten involved by having his company Ciroc supply the vodka…the only thing that would complete the fundraiser would be the attendance of two of the biggest NJ Housewives, Teresa Guidice and Caroline Manzo.
NO DOUGH NO SHOW
It is being said that the two will not show up at the event without their appearance fee. When the two reality stars were contacted there was no response. WTF! A source told the daily news,
“They don’t do anything anymore unless they are getting paid, End of story.”
An appearance fee for the two could range anywhere from $3000, to $30,000; which for a Cancer fundraiser is out of the question. All the money collected needs to go towards young Chris’ chemotherapy treatment.
When a rep for Caroline Manzo was contacted and asked what gives? Her response was simple,
She has never been contacted by these people
A rep for Theresa didn’t return my calls; I didn’t have enough money for her comment fee. Like Will Smith says: Money and success don’t change people; they merely amplify what is already there.
Christina Aguilera Offered Big Money for Being a Big Girl
Christina has recently been bragging about her curvaceous figure, she’s made it very clear that she’s proud to be a bigger type of girl. She now has the opportunity to put her money where her mouth is, or put her curvy where the money is.
Whitney Thompson, the plus-size model that one “America’s Next Top Model” has offered Christina Aguilera $3 Million dollars to be the new face of her website, TheBigandTheBeautiful.com.
A letter which extended the gracious offer was sent to Aguilera. The offer would require Christina to do one television commercial, one radio spot and 2 photo shoots along with some public appearances. Sounds like a quick way to make $3 Million dollars.
Oh…one last thing. Christina would also be required to use her “Voice” to belt out a jingle for the site. That might be worth half the money in itself.
So far Christina has not accepted or turned down the offer. In her own words, Christina said,

50 Cent Breaks Business Ties with Mayweather and Partners with rival Manny Pacquiao!
Yes, you have read that 100% correct.
When Mayweather was released from prison, he and 50 Cent were set to take over the boxing world. In fact they traded insults with Oscar De La Hoya as they announced their new partnership. The new movement was called, TMT (The Money Team) Promotions. The company was going to rival Oscar and become a major player in the world of boxing.
Well just over 2 months has gone by and 50 has announced that he is no longer working with Mayweather, in fact he is working with his biggest rival, Manny Pacquiao.
Despite the epic ongoing feud, between Floyd and Manny, 50 thought all three could work together but Floyd didn’t share in that vision.
WHY DID 50 CENT STOP WORKING WITH FLOYD?
Simple. 50 said that Floyd lacked motivation. When it comes to matters of money, 50 is always honest and this was no different. During a recent interview with Power 105.1, “Fif” was quite frank about the situation,
“I look at Floyd like he’s my younger brother… He earns so much that he just spends it, he just run (sic) around spend it doing what he want (sic), so there’s no urgency to anything.”
The big question in all of this, “Will this end the Bromance between 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather?”
50 doesn’t seem to think so. When asked the question directly, he replied,
“I don’t think so. I think he’ll go, ‘I wish him luck.’ It’s not like I wasn’t in communication with him, I texted him and told him everything.”
We will see soon enough. Floyd is not one to keep his thoughts quiet.

Just add this to the list of reasons why I can’t stand Nicki Minaj. As part of the Young Money Team, of course she appears on Lil Wayne’s newest mixtape, Dedication 4.
On the 5th track of the album Nicki Minaj talks politics claiming that she is a republican and supports Mitt, rapping over Kanye’s “Mercy” beat.

This isn’t the first time, Minaj has attempted to talk about politics and the economy. She got into with Obama in a one sided twitter rant when Moesha’s Yvette Wilson died because she could not afford her health care.
“What’s sad is that when Yvette was bringing home the bacon, the gov’t was probably taking millions. On her deathbed though, #Nowheretobefound,” she wrote. “That should be a God given right! Even with Obama Care, too much involved. Just give FREE health care to all. @BarackObama what can we do?”
“@BarackObama I wouldn’t mind the millions they took if it was going to healthcare. Why should a poor person struggle to pay for MEDS sir?”
Obama Care wouldn’t even be Obama care if a Republican was in the office. This is another half witted attempt to stir up controversy which she has obviously managed to do. If you cared so much about Yvette Wilson and her healthcare, then you and the many other so called celebrities should have coughed up some money on her behalf. She was failed by her rich spoiled friends and so called celebrity affiliations including Minaj not by President Obama. Yvette was trying to raise just $27,000. According to Minaj, she pays that on a few hand bags and shoes.
MINAJ NOT EVEN REGISTERED TO VOTE

A search of voter rolls in California and New York, where Minaj maintains homes, comes up empty; which means that not only is Minaj not a registered Republican voting for Mitt Romney, she’s not voting at all unless she registers soon. (It’s also unclear whether or not Minaj, who was born in Trinidad and Tobago, is an American citizen.)
I can’t’ wait until Minaj’s career runs its course. What started out as an inspiring female MC has turned into a loud mouthed, painted face gimmick. I have no problem with anyone being a Republican but at least know why you are one. Or how about just registering to vote? When does Remy ma get out of jail – I’m so done with this talentless clown. Let’s get a real female MC back in the game because people have forgotten how good a real female MC can really be.
50 Cent Speaks Out In Support of Frank Ocean.
Frank Ocean got some support from an unlikely source, 50 Cent. Not one to beat around the bush, Fif put it bluntly,
“Anyone that has an issue with Frank Ocean is an idiot, I think Frank Ocean is a talented artist, I think he’s created material that made me know his name, that impressed me, with things he said on a song like ‘Novacane.’”
50 also gave props to the timing of Ocean’s coming out of the closet. He knows it was more than just coincidence that the news dropped just a week before his album,
You can call it brave or you can call it marketing, because it was intentional – it wasn’t an accident.”
50 acknowledged that this was different then past artists who have come out, like Kenny Greene, or the rumors that surrounded Luther Vandross. They never released controversial information about their sexuality just before a release of new music. 50 says,
“There are artists before who have made these choices, just not having made the choice to expose it to the general public before an actual release of music,”
I think 50 is more enamored by the way it effected record sales more than anything. He could care less what the impact is for Ocean and the gay community. I bet Fif right now is trying to find an artist that is in the closet so he can sign and have him come out before his first album release. Or is he thinking on how to drop a gay mix tape – not sure what that is, but 50 will figure that out and drop one. The man is about his business and I don’t blame him. If you can make good music and good money 50 cent doesn’t give a “f’ what your sexuality is. Like he said,
”Obama is for same-sex marriage. If the president is saying that, then who am I to go the other way?”
