The Subway Pusher Has Been Caught. Naeem Davis says, ” He wouldn’t stay away, and I pushed him”
The Subway Pusher has been caught. The man responsible for the horrific act of pushing another passenger on the subway tracks in front of an oncoming train has been caught.
Right now he is only a suspect but police believes that 30 year old Naeem Davis is responsible for the death of Ki Suk Han. Han was struck by the oncoming Q train as he tried desperately to climb back on the platform. After the incident happened Naeem was able to flee the scene and head right into Time Square foot traffic. At that point you are long gone.
After the incident Naeem shaved off his dreadlocks but a transit police captain still recognized him while on a coffee break. The Captain ran over and grabbed him. Authorities say that Davis confessed to shoving the man on the tracks. He is expected to be charged today after standing in an actual police lineup.
Naee himself has 8 prior arrests in New York and also has committed crimes in Pennsylvania. The describe him as a drifter who gets paid to help street vendors by running errands.
The NY Post is still taking a publicity beating after running the front page photo of the incident. The photographer who took the photo was actually a freelance photographer by the name of R. Umar Abbasi. He just so happens to work for the Post and was in the right place at the right time…for a photo. When the questions were asked how come he had time to take photos instead of helping, Abbasi insists that he was actually running forward firing his flash to warn the train operator to stop. Abbasi says,
“I just started running, running, hoping that the driver could see my flash,”
The train slowed but not in enough time. When the train stopped, the man was caught in between the platform and the train. Abbasi described Ki Suk Han as crushed like a rag doll.
Despite the public outcry against the photo, Abbasi did what he was trained to do. Get the photo!
Witnesses say that Ki Suk Han was actually the aggressor, as he and the alleged pusher Davis argued. Davis says the two started to argue when they bumped into each other before going through the turnstiles and continued on the platform. Davis said to police that he tried to avoid the confrontation,
“I begged him to leave me alone, and he wouldn’t, He wouldn’t stay away, and I pushed him.”
It will be interesting to see how Naeem Davis will be charged.

Keyshia Cole Addresses Oral Photos Leaked On The Internet. Is that Really Her?
Keyshia Cole had to address the photo because it was and still getting way too much attention and it really looks a lot like her. I’m not sure who released it, or how much they were paid but the likeness is incredible.
However we were down his path before with the gay bow wow cuddling pictures that ended up not being Bow Wow. Remember that. Just in case you don’t.
Although the Tattoo locations look the same here as well. It was revealed that this was not Bow Wow, but some dude named Preston. Although Preston never showed his tattoos. Hmmm…..
The same can be said here. It’s even tough to compare the tattoo locations from the two pics. They appear to be different but I wouldn’t bet any money one way or another.

Although Keyshia is now married to NBA hoopster Daniel Booby Gibson, we all have a past. At some point just own it. In fact owning it can make you more money than not owning it. Just ask Kim K. Before her tape she was Ray J’s jump off, now she has an empire.
It’s just a matter of time before Gibson dumps Keyshia anyway. She might be married with a child but her attitude sucks. She’s fulfilling every person’s expatiations of an angry black woman, and that’s going to force Gibson to fulfill every person’s expectation of an NBA player and that’s smashing everything in sight. Gibson appears to be a solid good man, but he’s getting abused!
…and by the way….If you read the Keyshia’s tweets closely she doesn’t actually deny it’s her.

Modern Family Cast Members Settle on a Pay Raise. How Much are They Getting?
Just in case you were actually concerned that Modern Family was going to get cancelled you can relax. There will be more Sophia Vergera and Phil Dunphy to go around. Apparently eager to get all this over with, both sides were able to reach a deal and began production on the new season.
The show’s creator, Steve Levitan, was very happy. He told reporters,
We’re very happy. We can’t wait to get started Monday morning, It’s a distraction I’m happy to see end,
As can be expected the law suit filed earlier will be dropped and they will start their season on time, scheduled to air on September 26th
The biggest question now is: How much did the Cast end up Getting Paid?
The closest I could find comes from Robert Seidman from TVbythenumbers.com. He says the rumors are $150K – $200K per episode. That is totally believable. ABC and Fox Television are still making out like bandits.

Pee-Wee Herman Dubb’s Over The Dark Knight Trailer For Jimmy Fallon [Video]
What is Pee Wee Herman doing when he’s not playing with his Pee Wee? He’s doing voice overs for Jimmy Fallon, or at least it sounds like Paul Reubens. Pee Wee, or the Pee Wee impersonator takes the Dark Knight Movie trailer and does classic Pee Wee voices for all the characters. It’s 30 seconds of comedic brilliance. It takes you right back to Saturday morning when Laurence Fishbourne was just Cowboy Curtis. (See photo..hee hee)
