Eric Dane aka McSteamy Leaving Greys, Dempsey Tweets Spoiler Photo
Pardon me readers but I had no idea that Eric Dane was leaving Grey’s. The news came out last week and was confirmed by Dane and Rhimes both to the press. Dane will be leaving the show sometime during the ninth season. He will be doing a number of shows to help close out his character and then POOF! No more Sloane.
Rhimes told TVLine,
“After much consideration and conversations, he and I have decided that this is the right time for his storyline to end, We’re a big family here at Grey‘s with a long history together and Eric will always remain an important part of our family.”
Then Dane released a statement,
“I am extremely grateful to everyone at Grey’s, ABC and Shondaland for the experience and memories I have had over the course of this run, It has been wonderful to work alongside and learn from a creative force, such as Shonda Rhimes.”
DEMPSEY TWEETS A LAID UP PHOTO OF MARK SLOANE!
Before ABC made him remove it, Patrick Dempsey tweeted out this picture of Sloane layed up looking crazy!
Will this be how McSteamy makes his exit out of Greys?

According to the TV God herself assume nothing. Shonda Rhimes says that viewers should not making any assumptions about Sloane just becaue he’s leaving. In fact things are going to be crazy-twisted when the show goes back on air. Rhimes says,
“When we start the season, we are ahead enough in time where we see the outcome of lots of things. And in the second episode of the season, there’s rewind — we go backwards — to where they’re still in the forest, So you see what happened and in the next episode, you see how we get there.”
I’m starting to worry now if the show will make it to a 10th season. We know Dempsey is out. We lost Teddy (Kim Raver) and Lexi (Chyler Leigh) last season. There won’t be much left.
We will find out soon enough. The new season starts September 27th.

Morgan Freeman Releases a Statement To Squash Rumors that he’s Having an Affair With Granddaughter.
Morgan Freeman took the old school route to quiet the rumors, he released a statement. Too old for twitter, Freeman released a statement to the public killing the rumors that he is “smashing” his step-granddaughter E’Dena Hines.
That’s right. His Step-GRANDdaughter. Double Yuck, with a scoop of Ickey on Top.
The statement released said,
“The recent reports of any pending marriage or romantic relationship of me to anyone are defamatory fabrications from the tabloid media design to sell papers,”
What is even more alarming is that these fabrications are now being pickup by the legitimate press as well.”
Honestly I haven’t read or heard anything about this since 2009 when there were rumors that his divorce was caused by this affair. I’m not sure why this has bubbled back to the surface.
The ENQUIRER and other papers were reporting the affair back when Freeman was a young 72 and E’Dena Hines was 27. They reported that the relationship started in her teens and it actually caused the breakup between Morgan and his wife Myrna who he was married to for 25 years.
It was also rumored that the E’Dena Hines thing also caused him to split with his longtime mistress Mary Joyce Hays!
MORGAN GOT SAUCED AND TRIED TO PUT THE MOVES ON HER!
As the ENQUIRER reported
“Myrna said E’dena told her that when she was a teenager, she and Morgan went to dinner at a friend’s house one evening. Both had been drinking, and when they returned home, Morgan attempted to have sex with her. They stopped just short of having intercourse,”
“E’Dena explained to Myrna that she stopped Morgan from going any further.”
E’Dena is the granddaughter of Freeman’s first wife Jeanetter Adair Bradshwa. There is no biological connection. She also released her own statement to compliment Morgan’s
“These stories about me and my grandfather are not only untrue, they are also very hurtful to me and my family.”
Not to mention these stories give me the Heebie Jeebies!! Yuck!

Calm Down, So What Russell and Katy Aren’t wearing their Rings.
I didn’t think this was such a big deal but I’ve been wrong before. In fact I’ve been wrong many times before. First it was, Katy not wearing her ring, now it’s like “NEITHER IS RUSSELL”!
Big Whoop I say.
Now toss in the fact that the two might have actually spent the holidays apart, and the fact that there are no funny little Tweets coming through telling everyone to relax, and all the tabloids are buzzing.
The 27 year old Katy spent her weekend in Hawaii in a private luxury villa, half naked. There were no pictures of Russell anywhere around. Then voila’ Mr. Brand is seen in London without his wedding ring.
Just a few weeks ago, Russell was on Ellen where he put the rumors to bed. He said that he’s
Perpetually married to her
But then again, he is an actor. D’oh.
We never like to see a break-up, but it’s not as if you are going to swoop in and scoop up Katy Perry. It’s not like the cute guy in finance broke up with his girlfriend and you can swoop in and start flirting. These guys are superstars, so lets’ just let the drama unfold shall we?

George Michael Postpones concerts due to Pneumonia, his Condition is serious!
George Michael was all set to do shows in Strasbourg, Vienna, France and Wales when he became seriously ill. He had to be rushed to the ER and cancelled his shows due to doctors’ orders. Not only was he suffering from a sore throat but he also had inflammation of his respiratory system.
As usual rumors shot around the internet regarding his illness but it’s only been confirmed that he is suffering from pneumonia. The rumors came by way of London’s Daily Star who reported that he was suffering from heart trouble as well.
George’s people released a statement stating that George Michael,
“is ill with pneumonia and any other speculation regarding his illness is unfounded and untrue.”
This concerns me. In this business when a rumor is completely untrue, it doesn’t get addressed. They would have normally just said that he has been confirmed with Pneumonia and ignored the rumors.
So we continue to dig….and dig….and we found out more.
He is in a Vienna hospital and due to the magic of the internet we get the scoop straight from a Vienna newspaper (Viennatimes.at). George Michaels’ condition did get worse and on Thursday he was moved to an ICU where there were cardiac specialists treating him around the clock. He was fitted into a special full body bed that would help keep pressure off his lungs.
A hospital rep stated,
“We have no comment to make on this matter at the request of the patient.”
Now that they have addressed the rumors, we can’t ignore them. George Michael’s is only 48, we hope that the ticker is still intact!!
