Justin Bieber Finally Being Charged In Egging Case, Vandalism Charges Will Be Filed Today!

Justin Bieber was able to get away with the drag racing in Florida. He was able to get away with saying the “N-word” several times on video. But it doesn’t look like he will be able to get away with egging his neighbor’s house.

It looks like the 20-year-old singer will finally be charged for damaging his neighbor’s house with a crazy egg attack. The incident took place way back in January. Bieber and his friends launched the egg attack on his neighbor, causing over $20k in damages.

There is allegedly surveillance video that has reportedly given investigators enough evidence to charge Bieber with criminal vandalism. We still do not know if it will be a misdemeanor charge or a felony, but we expect to find out later today.

So, what could happen to the Biebs if he is found guilty of felony vandalism? James E. Silverstein tells hollywoodlife.com that he could face up to three years in jail.

“If the crime is charged as a stand alone misdemeanor vandalism, the defendant can face a steep fine, restitution, and up to one year in the county jail. If found guilty of a felony, the individual can be placed into custody for up to three years and/or placed on felony probation. The defendant also faces a steep fine and victim restitution.”

Obviously there is no way Bieber is going to jail for three years. The most likely scenario is a hefty fine and maybe a few months on probation.

Bieber is just too pretty for prison.
