Introducing Floyd Mayweather’s New Bromance: Adrien Boner! [video]
It appears that Floyd Mayweather has a new Bromance. Since the splitting of him and 50 Cent and the shocking knockout of Manny Pacquaio I have been eagerly awaiting to hear something from Floyd.
Posted on his facebook page was a video clip with him and WBC lightweight champ Adrien Broner. Excited to hear Floyd’s take on Manny – I watched the video just to see that it was another “Floyd Flashing Cash” production.
Granted…I watched the entire 5 minutes, I like money…a lot. I never get tired of watching Floyd pull stacks of cash, sometimes enough to buy a house, out of his pockets.
In the video, Floyd was outwardly playing the mentor role to Broner referring to him as “Baby Bro”. He said he wants Broner to be on his level. Floyd explains in the clip,
“The ultimate goal, is to get you to that level where it don’t matter who you’re going in [the ring] with.”
At age 23, we have not seen Broner’s full potential. My fear is that under Mayweather’s tutelage, Broner will be concentrating more on making money than making matches. Unfortunately we have not seen Mayweather’s fool potential and there is no one to blame there but Mayweather himself.
Mayweather is hands down a world class fighter, but his legacy will forever be questioned because he dodged the big fight with Manny while Manny was in his prime. Now with 2 losses including a devastating knockout defeat, the opportunity to cement his legacy is gone. Hopefully Broner doesn’t follow suit.

Hector Camacho’s Sisters Fight to Keep him on Life Support, Dr says, “He’s Dead”
Despite many rumors and RIP facebook posts, Hector “Macho” Camacho is not officially dead. In fact, there were previous reports that his family had already pulled the plug on life support. This too is not accurate…yet. His family has just recently requested two more days.
The boxer has been declared brain dead, but his two aunts are asking that he be kept on life support for another 48 hours. Camacho’s father was ready to pull the plug, but his two sisters were not having it, as told by the attending doctor, Ernest Torres.
Torres said that Camacho, in his current condition cannot be helped. So despite not being off life support the Dr. says,
“We have to tell the people of Puerto Rico and the entire world that ‘Macho’ Camacho has died, He is brain dead.”
The motive behind the shooting is still being investigated. The belief is that there are two suspects who fled in a gray vehicle. Police engaged the two in a shootout before they finally escaped.
I’m throwing out my official R.I.P. to Macho Camacho. He was the Hispanic Floyd Mayweather of the 80’s. That’s the best way to describe him and how he would like to be remembered.

50 Cent has Teamed with Floyd Mayweather To Take Over Boxing, Attack De La Hoya on Twitter
It was only a matter of time before 50 Cent and Mayweather put their money together, and appears that it will be in the ring instead of the studio.
Floyd Mayweather is currently on lock down but will be getting out really soon. “August 3rd” that’s how soon. He had an 87 day sentence but is being released for good behavior. Once he’s out, he and 50 Cent plan to take the boxing promoting world by storm.
50 IS NOW OFFICIALLY LICENSED
50 received his official promoter’s license from the New York Athletic Commission and has affiliated himself with TMT Promotions. That stands for the The Money Team! All licensed up and ready to go, 50 begin his promotional activities by doing what he and Floyd do best – talking smack.
Actually Oscar started the exchange by mocking 50 saying that everyone wants to be a promoter.
This is all 50 needed to go in hard, and he did. Referencing Oscar’s pictures on the internet dressed in drag, 50 proceeds to refer to De La Hoya as “girl”. Super disrespectful.
De La Hoya sees that he is under attack and tries to retract his initial mockery but it’s too late and 50 calls him out on that as well.
This new partnership between 50 and Floyd is not to be taken lightly. Floyd made 80 million last year, placing himself at the top of the money list for all athletes. Anyone promoting him stands to make a fortune and will be a major player in the Game. Now let’s see if 50 can get Floyd to fight Paquiao. That’s a fight that would need no promotion.

Tosh O Releases a Spoof Video of Rob Drydek and Sparks a Twitter beef.
I knew it would be a matter of time before Tosh did something about Drydek and MTV’s Ridiculousness. I think it took this long because Tosh probably thought the show would be on its last legs, but instead the show is doing well, they are starting to have Celebrity guests…like Floyd Mayweather.
Tosh has taken some subtle jabs in the past, but this is a straight body blow. Tosh O decided to spark the beef up by creating a short video clip spoofing Drydek’s Fantasy Factory. In the short skit, Tosh basically makes Drydek look like a rip off artist and a pedophile. He shows Drydek’s Fantasy Factory as a place where young kids play around on razor scooters topless; as if, that is Rob’s fantasy.
Drydek took to twitter after seeing the clip,
The idea of having beef with @danieltosh is truly embarrassing…for real…imagine that “clip show host: beef…but the beef is now very real,”
“I am not a comedian or an actor so unfortunately for @danieltosh we are oing to have to settle this the old fashion way..#seeyousoon,”
Althoguth TMZ is stating that Drydek wants to fight Tosh, I highly doubt it, unless it’s with oversized gloves in a celebrity boxing match. Drydek is not a fighter but more importantly he’s not stupid and does not want to go to jail or a lawsuit or both.
Tosh O who at this point was expecting some sort of response for Drydeck simply responded,
fair enough but if you have to beat me up, can we film it and put it on my show so people will actually watch it?
Drydek then responded back,
Cool…that would be a dream come true to be on the world’s very first video clip show TOSH.O,
I’m not totally sure how this will end up, but too funny guys fighting about nothing is pretty entertaining. Plus you know with these two, anything can happen and when it does, it will wind up on Youtube. Here is he spoof that Tosh O created below:

Brian McKnight Fires Twitter Shots at Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather, & R. Kelly. Brown Fires Back.
Brian McKnight is working hard to be relevant again. No it’s not another x-rated song it’s a twitter beef! He’s joining the ranks of Meek Mills and Drake by firing shots at Chris Brown.
The shots don’t stop there, he goes after Floyd Mayweather and R. Kelly.
McKnight went in first on Saturday Tweeting,
“Since everyone’s so opinionated I’m taking suggestions on what I should do next I’m thinking rent a lambo and beat the s**t outta my girl… That’s acceptable these days.”
Wow. Direct blow to C-breezi. McKnight didn’t stop there. He then went after R. Kelly and Flody Mayweather.
“Or maybe have sex with a 14 year old girl and film it that’s acceptable these days.”
Or let the court system let me make 35 million before I do my 87 days in a private cell for domestic abuse that’s acceptable these days.”
Of the three Celebs that were attacked, Chris brown was the only one to strike back….so far. Brown did not hold back, taking shots at McKnight, his age, and his aging career,
I see how this works now. When peoples careers get to the ‘nobody cares’ stage they use my name for publicity! Lol,”
“I can’t keep helping these old n**gas. Its miracle the way I’m bringing the dead alive! I would’ve gladly wrote you something that would make u look less irrelevant!”
I actually think Chris Brown has a point. McKnight seems to be doing everything lately except releasing hits to stay relevant. Guess what? It’s working.
McKnight was then under attack by Chris Brown’s fans who can get crazy as I well know. It’s a much younger generation as they call McKnight a one hit wonder, obviously ignorant to his years of killing the charts. He had to remind them of his 7 Platinum albums.
After fighting off fans McKnight tweeted out a general apology,
I meant no disrespect to anyone I was merely pointing out that In today’s society anything goes and WE Are all to blame the end. I wonder if this will be the end of that.

May J. Blige’s National Anthem at The Kentucky Derby, How Did She Do? [video]
It was a big weekend, Cinco De Mayo, the Floyd Mayweather fight and of course the 138th Kentucky Derby. There were a lot of concerns from the Churchill Downs crew about Mary J Blige singing the Star Spangled Banner.
When an announcement like this comes out, so do all the comments from both sides of the spectrum. It’s a bold undertaking and I give the Kentucky Derby committee a lot of credit for going the route of MJB. Let’s face, it’s Kentucky.
So How did she do? Well you will have to see for yourself. There are comments from both ends of the argument,

Mary J. Blige’s attempt at the Star Spangled Banner (National Anthem) at the Kentcky Derby was a national disgrace! Did she do this on purpose or is she just untalented and stupid? I, for one am sick and tired of hearing these wannabes make a decision to alter our National Anthem for their own personal whatever. They can do what they want with other songs or tunes, but what she did was a sacrilege. The Kentucky Derby Committe should be ashamed for not finding out what she was up to before letting her loose.

I was there at the Derby..and she did an AWESOME job and a absolutely fabulous Job. Maybe if The Kentucky Derby Committee got Rosanna Barr to sing it…you would be happier and appreciate it more.. enough said. Excellent job by MJB..
