Vin Diesel Post

The Rock Throws Shade AGAIN at Vin Diesel in New Lengthy Post, As Details From the Production Crew Reveal that Vin Diesel’s Ego Really Was Out of Control.

……actress.  He is billed as not only the biggest star of the franchise, but also the producer of Fast 8.  For this reason, crew members said that he often showed up 30 minutes to an hour late to shoot scenes.  Not because he was late to actually arrive, but he would be in his trailer and would simply not come out.   He also reportedly took jabs at The Rock’s acting (which I have to say, has improved drastically).

The crew also said that Diesel didn’t like 7 AM production calls so they had to move them to 10 AM accommodate him.

This is what The Rock was referring to as being a Candy Ass.  I would have to strongly agree.  That is some bitch-ass-ness.

The Rock and Fast 8 Director F. Gary Gray

Things then bubbled over on August 8th when it was reported that they were shooting one of the final scenes and The Rock and director F. Gary Gray, along with the production crew were forced to wait outside in the  “90 degree Atlanta sun” for Vin Diesel.  A source told The Hollywood Reporter,  that this was normal during the entire 100 day shoot and in fact, this is how Vin has been on his past several movies.

THE ROCKS’ VIN DIESEL JOKE – DOESN’T GO OVER WELL

Details reveal now that the heated exchange that The Rock and Vin Diesel had in his trailer were over a joke the Rock made about Vin Diesel during the trailer of The Rock’s hit HBO show “Ballers”.  I’m sure this didn’t help….but it’s pretty funny especially when it airs and you are working with the guy you are taking shots at.  It appears to be all in good fun.

Executive VP of production for Universal, Mark Sourian, was then tasked by the movie studio with keeping peace between the two behemoths while scenes were wrapped up.  The Rock was also strongly advised not to post Instagram messages like his previous one as “it was seen as kind of unacceptable”.

Therefore The Rock took a different approach this time.  He proceeded to thank everyone….. accept the biggest star of the Franchise…and producer.

The Rock post set

Finished strong and on to the next. That’s an officially wrap on #FastAndFurious8. Thank you to our director @fgarygray for the vision and execution. Thank you UNIVERSAL for being tremendous partners as always, thank you to all my fellow co-stars for the daily effort and grind. Scott Eastwood you handsome sumbitch! Natalie Emmanuel I have a cold Budweiser ready for you and Tyrese Gibson you still have the biggest smile and forehead I’ve ever seen.? And a huge THANK YOU to our hard working production crew – the backbone of our business. Your kind words meant a lot to me last night – thank you! In the end, we all rallied, as great teams do, kicked ass and will deliver an amazing movie to the world. Proud of our entire FAST FAMILY.
And now in two weeks I’ll reunite with ol’ friends Kevin Hart & Jack Black and we have the honor to introduce a whole new generation to the amazing world of #JUMANJI. *(for the record we are NOT making a reboot, but rather a continuation of the awesome JUMANJI story). It’s also crazy to me how much me, Kev and Jack look like triplets when we’re together. ??????. Man this is gonna be FUN.

AS FOR THE ROCK’S BEHAVIOR

The crew said he treated everyone with respect and was the consummate professional.  He nailed all his scenes and always showed up on time for everything.  In case you were worried (and I know you were), my utmost respect for The Rock has been restored.

When your star is shining as bright as The Rock’s, you work as hard as he does and you treat everyone with respect…I think it’s ok to call people out on their bullsh*t. Especially when their bullsh*t affects you and your workday.

BTW – there are two more Fast & Furious movies on deck…the questions is, “Will The Rock be in them?” My money says yes.  With the Rock’s star power on the rise and Vin’s holding steady if not falling slightly, I bet Universal tells Vin to get his sh*t together so everyone can get this money.

I bet The Rock would agree.
